On this project the fence and deck were sound structurally. Although there was some rot were the fence met the ground, which can be expected. Being the fence is located near woodlands there was some fungus and mold growing on the fence.

After pressure cleaning, we decided to go one step further by applying a fungicide to the fence to sterilize it before sealing. Once that was done, we re-nailed the entire fence, again ensuring durability, then applied 2 coats of Behr Natural sealer stain.
